While completing your order we have several independent procedures that can influence the type of refund you can get. Due to this process the Money back policy is divided into two sections: before and after you approve the Preview PDF Version of your paper.
Sometimes it may happen that the quality of the paper doesn’t meet your expectations. The reason might be caused by ordering lower academic level than was actually required. In any case, you can request a FREE revision if you are not satisfied.
If you are sure that you provided clear instructions, all necessary materials, timely assistance for your writer, and chose the proper academic level, but you have specific complaints against writer’s work even after several revisions, you can claim for refund.
You should give very strong reasons why the paper is not appropriate. We take at least 3 days to evaluate your refund issue. It will take some time to communicate with your writer, send the paper to our special editor for review and receive his/hers feedback. In some cases we can ask for additional materials or evidences from you. The amount of the refund is decided in each case independently.
Before you accept an order, you should make sure that the paper follows your instructions, including the content and spelling. If you neglect noticing that a paper somehow turned out to be weak or inappropriate, you will be expected to share responsibilities, and therefore, you won’t be eligible for a full refund.
After you’ve accepted the protected PDF preview, your order cannot be refunded as you take part of the responsibility upon yourself by confirming that you have approved the paper. We do not accept any excuses for approving the paper by mistake or for some other reasons. You will be approving your paper in two steps and will have time to think over your decision. After the order was approved, we will not accept any complains about low quality or any other issues. Please, be attentive while checking the paper. This is your responsibility to inform us if you are not satisfied with the work before you have approved the order and received the printable MS Word version.
If you have submitted the grade for your paper using the “submit my grade” form, this order is no longer a subject for revision or any other changes.
If you made an order, you need to constantly communicate with the writer and the support team. It may happen that writer will have very important questions for you and will not be able to complete a good paper without your assistance.
So please get in touch with your writer and visit your personal order page from time to time to check the progress and answer questions from the writer or the operator, if any.
Make sure that you have provided all necessary materials in time and in readable quality. The company must have all the necessary information in order to find the most suitable writer. It is your responsibility to check that all needed materials appear on your order page (not only sent to our email), and that they are complete. Failing to provide materials in time may cause lateness of the order and poor quality of the paper, and your refund request will be rejected.
